টক ঝাল মিষ্টি স্বাদের এই আচার ভাত,খিচুরি, পোলাও কিংবা এমনি এমনি , সবেতেই মানিয়ে যাবে। যারা মোটামুটি মিষ্টি আর খুব হালকা টক-ঝাল খান এই আচারটা তাদের জন্যই ।
আমের এই মোরব্বায় কোন তেল নেই। খুব অল্প মসলা আর লাল চিনি দিয়ে বানানো আমের মোরব্বা খুব মোলায়েম ধরনের হয়ে থাকে। মিষ্টিখোরদের জন্য এই খাবারটা সত্যিই দারুন!
আমসত্ত্ব কাঁচা আম দিয়ে বানানো। তাই প্রতি কামড়ে লাল চিনির মিষ্টি স্বাদ পেলেও কাঁচা আমের টক ঝাল স্বাদ পাবেন ঠিকই। অন্য সবার মত আমাদের আমসত্ত্ব একদম কটকটে শুকনো হয় না। একটুখানি নরম টেক্সচারে বানানো ।
